Return Policy Update
We will no longer allow returns or exchanges to ensure quality health and the safety of our customers and staff. All sales are final. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.
In an effort to keep our current return policy in place, please read the product description to ensure you're ordering the correct size (please reference size/chart). We want your shopping experience to be the best possible.
Also note, once an item is ordered we cannot cancel it. If you receive a package and it has the wrong item, a defected or damaged item please email photos along with your order number in subject line and information to info@enchantescloset.com
Our Customer service department is available from 9am-5pm est Monday through Friday via email at info@enchantescloset.com. All emails and text that are sent during business hours will be answered within 24 hours. Also note, customer service is closed on the weekends. All correspondence will resume the next business day.
