WHAT IS SEZZLE & AFTERPAY?

They are services that allows you to make purchases now, and pay for them in four (4) equal payments every two (2) weeks without any interest nor hidden fees.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Shop www.enchantescloset.com and follow the normal checkout process.

When you get to “Payment Method” choose Sezzle or AfterPay. You will be redirected to their website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard). If you’ve used either one before , just log in to your active account. 

HOW MUCH CAN I SPEND?

All items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Sezzle or AfterPay, and the bag value must be between $35 and $1000. 

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to your account to make your payments early. They will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your accounts anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY AN INSTALLMENT?

If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged a late payment fee by Sezzle or AfterPay. Late fees can be applied up to three times for 3 missed payments, but the late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Please see Sezzle and AfterPay Payment Purchase Agreement.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IF I USE SEZZLE OR AFTERPAY?

Your orders will be delivered within our standard shipping time frame like any other order placed on our site. Priority (2-4) days and Express (1-3) days depending on where you live.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY?
